We are a trading company incorporated in Malta that aims at bringing together European and Asian manufacturers, suppliers and customers. Our main focus is on distribution of high-quality steel piping products to be used in highly challenging industrial applications, from generation of power from renewable power, extraction and processing of hydrocarbons to automotive, aerospace and railway vehicles.

Pipe fittings
Piping spools
We supply seamless and welded tubes and pipes of carbon, alloyed and stainless steel grades as well as of titanium and nickel alloys. We deal with all applicable international standards – EN, DIN, ASME, ASTM, AMS – as well as regional standards, such as GOST, DSTU, TU and others. Based on the demands of the schedule for implementation of specific projects of our customers, we will build an efficient supply chain that would include shipment of materials either directly from the manufacturers or from stockiest, or both. As specialists in tube and pipe production technology we will be able not only to find the optimal technological solutions for particular applications, but also help facilitate fruitful cooperation between engineering teams of our customers and manufacturing teams of the mills as long as complex project solutions need to be developed mutually.
We supply all types of fittings, be it pressure formed, forges, machined or welded, of seamless and welded tubes and pipes of carbon, alloyed and stainless steel grades, including austenitic, ferritic, duplex, superduplex and superaustenitic grade, as well as of titanium and nickel alloys. We deal with all applicable international standards – EN, DIN, ASME, ASTM, AMS – as well as regional standards: - short and long radius forged elbows and return bends, - hot induction bends, - equal and reducing tees, - reducers, - segmented elbows, - flanges, - caps, weldolets, plugs, nozzles and others.
Piping spools are manufactured by our accredited partner mills as prefabricated assembly units consisting of either standard pipes and fittings, or special types of piping elements. Whenever necessary, using our established supply chain, will the manufacturer to procure necessary components for the spools, to their production site and organize shipment to the end users using the most efficient ways of transportation. We also assist the customer in employing an installation and mounting company that has necessary permits for the on-site operations. Manufacturing of piping spools include a number of special processes such as heat treatment, non-destructive control, and welding. We ensure compliance of the manufacturer’s processes and operational staff to all necessary quality and technological standards and specifications as required by a specific job.

As part of our technical support offering, we will make sure that the manufacturers have established quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems as verified by internationally recognized certifications bodies.
Using our experience in accreditation of production, we will assist the manufacturers in preparation and implementation of proper inspection and test plans, including organization of on-site audits by customers and work of the third-party inspection companies.
